I get so sad everytime - cannot even touch water there. Cycling good - but the waterplay area, Punggol Jetty and Popeyes must be careful.. What tokking you....take KPE, exit to buangkok after tunnel - turn right to whatever road at the traffic lights (Seng Kang east? It follows on from Upper Serangoon) I always get fed-up because jam like crap. Instead take KPE to TPE, use second lane to exit Punggol road, not so bad...
