Oh yeah to tag on to this thread, I've noticed two cars in the PSA building/ARC multi-storey carpark with S XXXX CC places. Not CD.

Did a quick check.. CC Is Consulars.. CD is Diplomatic

 

What's the difference between consular and diplomatic?

One country only one ambassador, but can have many consuls on various cities. Eg Singapore has consulates in Shanghai n Chengdu.

CC is similar to CD plates. Both from Embassy/Counsul.

 

CC is not full Diplomatic Plate.

What's the difference between consular and diplomatic?

 

Diplomatic got Ambassador. Consul only got Consul (lower status).

 

CD TP salute when flag is flying. CC can fark care. [:p]
