Hi bros,

Will like to ask for help. I am driving a Honda Accord and some of my dashboard back light led had fail to light up. Suspect that the light bulb had blown. Can anyone advise me on when i can get it repaired or do i have to bring it back to Kah Motor as i suspect the dashboard is an whole integrated panel with the radio.

Thanks.

Those dash bulbs usually damm lasting. More than 20 years still going strong. [thumbsup]

Maybe just wire/connection loose only lah or fuse blow. [nod]

For me I wud DIY check first. Or u can ask Kah to check but I dunno how much they wil charge u.

Unlikely the bulbs can blow so fast.

Just try to google how to remove your dash panel, then order the bulbs from eBay. Shouldn't cost you any more than $50 to replace them. I bought 10 LED T10 bulbs from eBay for under S$3. Yes, TEN for less than S$3. That's $0.30 each. Funny shops are charging $20 for an LED bulb.

Can pm me the shop name and location?

I googe and saw there is lots of things to dismantle. Doesnt seem easy and thr whole panel is with the radio. Therefore i guess i try not to take the risk.

Last time I also ordered T10 LED bulbs On Line only a few bucks for 10 pcs. [grin]

Spore shops sell high price cos here got many Goondu pple dun know whats the price of things. [dizzy]

Here to do biz is just how clever u r to cheat pple only. [pirate]

At least now got Internet n On Line shopping pple who not lazy can check around for better prices. [thumbsup]

But still got many shops wil over-charge pple for stuff. [thumbsdown]

I think that only shows many pple here r just too lazy to check around b4 taking out their wallet. <_<

Thats why those dash bulbs r made to last long long time cos to replace u need to dismantle a whole lot of things n the chance of putting all back correct is slim.

Many WS do wil also forget this n forget that. Later yr dash got many rattling sounds then u drive wil go crazy. [dizzy]

I wud rather not get a WS to dismantle the whole dash cos chances when they put all back, many things r not done properly.....knowing the "quality" of those chap-a-lang workers doing the job.

Thats why I suggest u check for loose connection or blown fuses first. [nod]
