Apparently need to buy a module to remove the safety features that block dvd/certain features of navigation/phone book while car in motion/gear engaged.
Contacted Elebest and Autospritze - module not available.
Net search revealed the following.

Want to enable the feature for passenger to view. Once enable, also keen to install latest digital TV + keen to install 2 monitors for rear seats viewing.
Experts in the forum, assist pls.

Yes, done.
Ordered online at Prestigous society.
Installed locally here.
It works as claimed.
No additional button. To activate the bypass, press the steering wheel minus twice followed by plus sign twice consecutively. Deactivate similarly. This also allows me to use the phone menu/GPS function completely when in motion (as if car is not moving if u understand what i mean). However, it still not able to remove the safety feature of using/recalling the memory seat (both driver and passenger) while in motion.
Caution: Please note that when activated, the GPS freezes/as if car is stationary. So between watching dvd in motion (for your passenger) and GPS, need to toggle back and forth.
To use the digital tv in motion too, unfortunately, need to add on another module....
Older model LS and GS no need this "costly' module, simple wiring tweak....<$50

Sorry for the late reply, miss this post.
No, not good at DIY, as it requires removing the whole headunit.
I sent it to my usual installer/car accessories shop.
Labour cost only.
Thats why sometimes "bread and butter" cars much easier.....cheaper to update GPS map, can install top down 360 camera, easier to add on digital TV etc etc...
