no such thing la. everyone got different valuation.

 

u go in front of a judge and he will laugh you out of court.

 

even a b&b car ... all are subject to different wear and tear/ treatment etc. whose to say yours holds more value than all the rest? subjective claims are generally never entertained...

This is a heng sway thing. By next year, we should be able to see the new altis on the 2nd hand mkt. Some could be accident cars

diminished value already claimed when the workshop fix up your car and give you extra money coming out from the claim....

If TS was in the car when the accident happen

 

he should try and claim for diminished mental capacity.

 

He has a higher chance of this claim going through.

but isn't it only fair? especially in a market where car prices are exorbitantly high. in the US, this is a normal practice, and their cars are cheap.
