Diminished value after accident

anybody has any idea how to claim diminished value after car is repaired.

Let's say to claim against the 3rd party.

are u sure car insurance has got provision for such a claim?

no such thing la. everyone got different valuation.

 

u go in front of a judge and he will laugh you out of court.

 

even a b&b car ... all are subject to different wear and tear/ treatment etc. whose to say yours holds more value than all the rest? subjective claims are generally never entertained...

I'm sorry if I offend you, but, don't cheesepie. Unless, the other guy cheesepie first. Trying to claim this type of thing is like trying to rob the guy who banged into you.

I asked cos almost switched to a new car and a vehicle beat the red light at x-junction and hit 2doors on the driver side. now transaction progress half way....alamak

Already agreed to trade in? If not fix it up and just continue as per normal loh.

Hmm... You did repair you car so how could it be diminished T.T Its hard to answer, but, ask you mechanic if you want to claim with 3rd party :)

If TS was in the car when the accident happen

 

he should try and claim for diminished mental capacity.

 

He has a higher chance of this claim going through.

Haha work? I never do any.

 

I always come to work late, go home early to compensate

 

but go to lunch on time as I think it is very important to be

 

professional doing at least one thing a day.

but isn't it only fair? especially in a market where car prices are exorbitantly high. in the US, this is a normal practice, and their cars are cheap.
