can change SE? i thought SE is locked to you ... interesting

It's ok bro.

You can change.

My rep first did something quite unpleasant. The manager sent me another immediately. No questions asked. Once I told him the situation, he came, talked to me personally and handled the rest.

The new guy is solid.

Happy to recommend him to others.

My view is that a good SE can make or break a purchase experience and most importantly how willing is the SE to continue the good service after you sign on the fitted line and pay the deposit. I was not entirely satisfied with my first SE and changed the SE and had a good purchase experience and the follow up so far has been smooth!

Indeed, after sales service is important, n this young man is doing well on that, he answers to all questions concerning abt e car, thing that he not sure, will surely get back to me in a day or 2. Hence he gotten my referrals n I will still give him my continue support as well.

Ya it's you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours as well.

Good SEs are responsive, prompt and service oriented, hard to find so if you get one, better treasure and share with friends in appreciation.

12k over the e200 is very attractive. The wide-screen cockpit option is already 12k if optioned in the e200. Edited by Nonewposts

But C&C always lowball trade in car prices so even with high OT not really useful unless yours is a near scrap car in which case u can then fully realise the full OT amount offered.

If really can save $50k buying from PI then I don't see the need to insist on servicing with C&C cos got quite a few good outside workshops specialising in Benz n the $50k shld be able to cover even major issues but that said I seriously doubt the diff in price is as much as $30k, all specs being equal.

I'm just quoting what the bro in post 515 mentioned. I too don't think can get so much diff.

I told my SE that I'm thinking of upgrading my 16 Sep E200 Exclusive to E250 and I don't mind topping up with reasonable amount. My car price was 272k with 8k off on prelaunch booking and 12k OT. What u guys think the reasonable top up amount should be?

$50k is before taking in consideration the overtrade, discounts & other stuff, so probably will only be about $30k diff after all that

but they can easily recover that when they charge labour & parts when u go for servicing & repairs

Isn't your price almost the same as the e250 avantgarde now +/- $3k. If that's the case I dont see how they going to allow u to upgrade. On paper, it shld be a $12k diff as the e200 avantgarde is now priced at $263k.
