Twincharged

Fire seems to be from the back? Maybe he relocated the battery to the back and never wire properly? I know alot of people like to do this mod.

I've seen a few. If it's not factory fitted battery at the rear, it can be done incorrectly..due to cost cutting.

Thick wire is expensive and the installer may try to take short cut.

Then the wire can be subjected to vibration and insulation gets cut.

Once the positive wire touch the chassis, it's a short circuit and the battery can explode.

what is the advantage of putting the batt to the back?

Biggest battery killer is heat, put it to the back will significantly bring down the temperature.

Also better weight distribution (although very minor :D)

Free up space at front then can add supercharger , enlarge turbocharger , enlarge air intake ?

Battery at rear subjected to less heat hence last longer ?

Better weight distribution ?

Doesn't look like it came from the back. More like from inside the cabin.

Nobody cares what you are saying. If it's Subaru, it's on fire because it is heavily modded and orbeegoot the car on fire.

It's on Reckless Drivers cos driver not to be seen rescuing fire, causing fire hazard on the expressway shoulder.

In case we have plenty of Sheldon Coopers here - SARCASM. :D

No lah, most do it to free up space for other mods like what bro F355 said
