Driver maybe is Made-in-China you know Did they say who is in the BMW ? If you ask me , I think broken brake doesnt make sense. They also doesnt seem to know there is a signal function in their car! Russia and China are big countries with huge land mass. It's not like driving from Pasir Ris to Tuas. I think we take for granted coz Singapore island is small. For them it may be at least 4-5hrs of driving from point A to B. We drive for 1hr or so want to fall asleep liao.
