New 5th Generation Honda Stepwagon

I don't know when and how it happen 'cos the last time i look at that door was a few days ago... I don't have a habit of checking the whole car before drive off... actually this is the 2nd scratch already the 1st one was about 2cm long i believed it was caused by other ppl opening their door, this i believe might be unintentional; but 15-20cm long - if this is an accident that ppl must be blind... 

 

anyway to share, while searching, i found:

It's a genuine Honda parts with matching color code.

 

and the part numbers can be found at the first page of the stepwagon catalogue, item no. 6, depending what is the color. Cost for about SGD9-10 exclude shipping fees. For purple the part number is the same with Oddysey and I'm wondering if Honda Singapore carries it. Will call tomorrow to find out...

Contacted the seller at rakuten, he say cannot ship to sg due to it is classified as dangerous goods. :(

 

Been calling honda sg but no one pick up the call...

 

My last resort is to bring back from japan myself, cos i am going for holiday in april... but not sure if it will be a problem if i put into my check in luggage?

Finally manage to get Kah Motor. Bad news is that they don't sell it as DIY, have to send the car to their service centre if want to get it done, they only accept car that was bought from Kah Motor.

I tried this at 1k servicing.only managed to reset trip A and trip B odometers.but not able to reset the oil life....

Get it polish away as much as you can would be the best option.

You are right, after polishing it become less obvious, in fact only about 5cm are visible (deeper scratch).

Speed Limit for Cruise Control is 115km/hr.

 

Super Turbo boost will occur when u ram the accelerator hard. Its the sports mode button equivalent. Very good for over taking on ns highway!

 

I cruised at 130km/hr effortlessly today on ns highway. Rather impressed considering its only a 1.5.
