Which car has the right of the way

Car A is turn left on solid green.

Car B is doing U turn and hit the middle of the car.

 

If claim insurance, which car should pay for the bill?

Kindly please advice

How comes LTA design the signal to let the u-turn and left turn to come to same direction? very dangerous!

Where did it happen? I never see this kind of traffic junction before. Usually when there are junctions where cars can turn left on green arrow while cars are turning right also, U-turn not allowed.

There's a similar T-junction at Rivervale Drive/Rivervale Lane as well. Kinda dangerous sometime when people do high speed u-turns...

This is a signalled junction. If I recall, the U-turn can only be done if it's green light for the car. No way both can go at the same time.

On the other side of the junction, just below the MRT track, I don't think there's a U-turn sign.

 

Can TS put some landmarks like MRT Station and AMK Hub, then it's more clear.

At the junction of AMK Ave6 & Ave3, I have witnessed some near miss like the one shown except that car A is filtering left from Ave3 to join Ave6.....car B legally U turn at junction.

Car B did an illegal u-turn and also on RED light.

 

But if Car B made a right turn from the opposite direction (GREEN light), then A shd give way.

 

Better if got witness or car cam identifying car B making u-turn.
