Nothing to do with wheelie bars. Front aerodynamics cocked up, creating lift instead of downforce. Much like the CLK-GTRs during Le Mans.

 

 

 

There's a slim chance that the rear GT wing created the lift as well.

The rear wing is too big,also maybe due to wind condition,America sometime got a sudden "Gush" of wind blowing,this can lift alot of things...

When it took off in the air, machiam like made of paper. Can be blown towards and over the fence.

It should be cause by wind...i watch some video clips about Hurricane,the house & cars,also took off like paper...

Actually it wasnt being "blown" . The forward thrust and aerodynamics and weight distribution of the car made the car fly in that manner.

 

Exact principle as a plane which has wings and tail and proper weight ditribution to control and stablise the flight .
