Tcx607 4th Gear July 1, 2015 Share July 1, 2015 My last encounter with 4 wild otters at AMK-Bishan park was Sunday afternoon 5pm near Bishan park condo. I think they enjoyed the fish since there are too many fish in the stream. However, after observing for sometimes, I think they're belong to scavenger animals.
