DizzyHead Clutched March 18, 2017 Share March 18, 2017 Only begin to entertain the idea of having a Sienta today... How does it compare to the Toyota Wish? Especially in terms of the drive... :)
Black468 Clutched March 28, 2017 Share March 28, 2017 Go for the hybrid version. Bettet FC and better torque/pick up than petrolHybrid version has 100bhp combined output. The electric motor generates 169 nm torque. I dont know if the bhp is sufficient for sienta hybrid. Only begin to entertain the idea of having a Sienta today... How does it compare to the Toyota Wish? Especially in terms of the drive... :) Comfort wise, wish beats sienta hands down as the cabin insulation for wish is excellent. 14kmpl for wish versus 19kmpl for sienta hybrid. No rear aircon for jdm sienta and wish. Only indonesia made sienta non hybrid from bm has rear ac. Century sprint wise, wish does 11.3s. Sienta does 12.8s. I cant find stats for sienta hybrid.

Spring Moderator March 28, 2017 Share March 28, 2017 With so many praises for PI Sienta vs BM Sienta, I just wonder if history will repeat itself and this will end like the Vezel vs HRV saga with AD eventually bringing in the Jap Sienta? Somehow I feel Toyota not as flexible as Honda?

Black468 Clutched March 28, 2017 Share March 28, 2017 Thanks. So if battery conk after warranty, does it need entire replacement or just affected cells?Hey. I think this depends on shop as well. Not sure how honest the shop would be to diagnose and charge accordingly. Some shops quoted 5k for hybrid battery replacement and some quoted 2k. Tor kor will really chop. Not sure if pi will honor what they quoted or if they will still be around for long. Hard to tell.

If so bothered by figures, may consider freed hybrid at 135bhp n 13-nm engine torque & 16-nm motor torque. Comfort should b on par w wish but if u over 175, less thigh support as ur thigh is raised due to higher floor than sienta n lower seating height. Zfuyuan 1st Gear April 5, 2017 Share April 5, 2017 Any bro here encounter hitting the bottom when going thru hump with full 7 pax onboard? Yes. Its common for JDM models as it is built purposely lower. You can:- - be mindful and slow down your speed when crossing humps - install some mods to harden the spring - switch to 16" rims
