inlinesix Supersonic December 8, 2016 Share December 8, 2016 (edited) All 3 are as tight as a japanese condom.... All 3 is for young man or young at heart except SINGAPORE Thanks for all your comments! I'm just trying to find someway to convince myself which car is best for me- cant be too careful since it's so ex here Pros and cons of each car ( test driven all 3): 1 series: -good to drive -cheapest of the 3 -lowest horse power and will probably struggle at higher speed -BMW reliability issues? -No apple car play -Plain interior ( typical BMW) -rear aircon -Offers 5 years warranty / 5 yr free servicing / front/back car cam/reverse cam A class: -highest horsepower -least fun to drive -comes with apple car play! -probbaly good resale value -No DRL ( halogen light pretty ugly) -Sporty interior which I think is nicer than the 1 series -Offers 5k servicing credit, and many other freebies -I think mercs has the better reliability compared to BMW and MINI Cooper: -Expensive for its specs -Fun to drive -Looks good -Still somewhat practical with it's 5 door version -Really unsure about Cooper's reliability -Lack of freebies -Interior is pretty good Mini 5 door is no longer a Mini Juz go with A class since already made up your mind. Mini 3 door is chic magnet. Edited December 8, 2016 by Davidtch

csho8 Neutral Newbie December 9, 2016 Share December 9, 2016 (edited) To be honest I'm most attracted to the cooper Price went down "5k" to 129,800 However the salesman is super reluctant to budge- no freebies, no nothing, and cant reduce price! The 1 series is now 130,800, but there is a 10k overtrade ( my car body is worth 3k itself), with 5 yrs warranty, free servicing, front/back car cam and unit also has reverse cam, seems like a better deal. And so I was told the PARF rebate is 7k which seems quite alot considering the CEVS rebate is 15k Has anyone got any experience or any good SE contact at MINI? littlecar 1st Gear December 9, 2016 Share December 9, 2016 Going to consider the A3 sportback now too, since it's been released for test drive from today At 119k, the A3 sportback can't compare to the BMW (at 120k) la. FYI, the A3 also doesn't have CarPlay, and there is no way the 1.0 engine can compare to the BMW's (which is still RWD if I am not wrong).

odigo Neutral Newbie December 10, 2016 Share December 10, 2016 Currently it's 123k before you trade in the car.. 15k CEVS rebate What is this CEVS rebate about? Upon scrap I got another 15k + ARF-50%?
therock Supersonic December 10, 2016 Share December 10, 2016 There's a lot you need to read up on CEVS bro :) They take back 15k from your car at the end. So it's a pretend rebate...
