Cat killer in tampines

This is a sickening, inhuman thing to have done. The killer should be caught asap, or failing that, something very bad should happen to him by way of karma.

Here's the cutest cat video I have ever seen, just to offset the awfulness that I'm sure many must be feeling in the wake of this:

The FWs from which country? I only know a little more about Indians and Banglas. Indians (largely Hindus) are not generally animal-haters, and a lot of them remain vegetarian. Banglas are generally Muslims and cats are revered in Islam. I think very unlikely to be either of these groups, although freaks can occur in any population.

I'm not sure about other types of FWs, but I find it hard to believe that any of them could've committed this atrocity. I've seen FWs feeding stray cats before, despite their meagre means.

Better not to cast aspersions without having good evidence, there are plenty of home grown sick psychos.

Many serial killers start their career with animals, the police should investigate this matter well. Read that one was stabbed too.

Appeal for Information: Cats found dismembered at Tampines Dormitory

On 15 September 2015 (Tuesday), at about 12 noon, feline body parts, comprising a cat’s tail & two limbs, were found at the premises of a foreign worker dormitory (situated at 2 Tampines Place), by a staff member of the dormitory.

Other dead cats (pictures of which were provided by the Cat Welfare Society) were also found, subsequently, within the aforementioned premises, and their bodies have since been sent to the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) for a post-mortem.

The SPCA is not ruling out foul play and is offering a S$6,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) convicted for this act.

The SPCA and the Cat Welfare Society urge anyone with any leads on this case, to call the SPCA’s 24-hour hotline at 62875355 (ext. 9), and/or e-mail [email protected], immediately. Information provided will be treated in strict confidence.

[under the revised Animals and Birds Act, anyone found guilty of cruelty to animals, including abandonment of any animal, can be imprisoned for up to 18 months, fined up to S$15,000, or both.]

Maybe the foreign workers are drunk.

I have met few of them whom are quite good, giving up seats in bus and MRT and also taking away obstacles on the road to prevent accident.

I don't like cats but I find killing the cats is inhuman.
