Was quoted $110,999 for 1.6 civic, same price as on the pricelist.

Any bros got a lower quote?  I always thought "real" price is always 1-2K lower than on price list.

If you got that quote from a rep in person, that's odd. If you merely called in, don't be surprised.

Most reps will only bargain and give the best deals in person.

I can pm you a Honda rep if you need.

Anyone knows whether the Civic turbo which we get here in SG comes with acoustic windshield?

I know USA civic turbo gets it but Malaysia civic turbo does not.

Thanks everyone!

I think our Civic specs are almost the same to those build in Thailand rather than those build in the USA.

Hi to all,

My old ride(Altis) due in April.

Think of either re-new COE or get Civic or 2016 Altis.

BM is clear the Altis stock now. Diff between CiVic and Altis is 12k,

Went both showroom in Alexander. Civic is $111,999 and Altis is $99,998(2K rebate of old ride)

What do you us think?

Depends on your budget and how comfortable you are with the monthly installments.

Have you test drove both cars?

May I suggest you decide based on your wallet, your bum and finally what you want out of the car?

Different feature set, ergonomics, sitting and engine feel..

Only the country of origin and the type of transmission are similar.. and maybe the fact that both use engine which are close to or about a decade old.

If you have made up your mind, don't look at too many other brands. It's a nice chassis, and a decent ride.

Just don't visit a conti showroom and compare the plastics..

Cheers

my humble opinion,

for CIVIC, must be snail 1.5, otherwise nothing better than altis,

1.6 civic and alris 2 airbags only,

why don't consider Elantra or K3, better equipped and cheaper

Honda cars are generally reliable, my only concern is the CVT GB.

ES civic, Jazz, Fit, a lot of them experience jerky CVT after some time. Not sure if the current batch of CVT technology has overcome that issue.
