What is under carriage coating ?

It's apparently some anti rust coating to prevent it from rusting.

But if this so, Singapore, not being part of the rust belt, won't make your cars undercarriage rust (in 20 years,no guarantee after that)

So it's a pure waste of money as Honda has already done that in the factory or they would be swarmed by angry consumers over rusty civics.

Just for info

If u apply the brake hold in ‘D’ drive and you released your seat belt, the car will automatically put apply electronics parking brake...

Does it brake too while releasing the seatbelt while driving?

$124999 is quite high!

Last year my colleague bought the Civic 1.5T @ $126k, COE is $56k.

Now COE is only $38k, and the car is only $2k cheaper?

Hmmm.....

Hmmm.....

There’s couple of us the first batch turbo owners in 2016 got it for 120k with $57k+ COE even , and it serve the baseline for reference..given KM trend of its pricing strategy which is unlike Mazda(drops significantly by COE movement) ...

It’s always best to buy a civic during launch assuming COE is volatility is less than 15% tru out the decade but of coz the latter is not certain though

Went with a friend to try out the 1.6 NA and the turbo.

The hatchback seems better made, the plastics slightly less creaky?

Not as solid as their older models, but the hatchback feels a bit more solid than the sedans, which have really squeaky plastics, especially on the steering wheel..

Isn't the hatch made in U.K.?

Only those imported by PI.

Anyone here bought the PI Civic hatchback yet?

Is the 1.6NA power sufficient for a car of this size?
