Just a note if your phone is not iphone 6s and Samsung s6, get china unicom 中国联通 as china telecom does not support most of our 3g band from phones that are not manufactured in china. Remember to bring ur pp to register and it shld not cost u more then 50rmb for a card. Of cos have to top up too.

Then no issue. Unicom,China telcom and Netcom 3g/4g band all can be used on 6s.

Try not buy at airport as they will do their best to swindle u of your money. Have fun in china.

Ps: if you are there for short term, remember to tell them as most of their data package is monthly. And they start only the following month!!
