Eyke Supercharged December 8, 2017 Share December 8, 2017 not sure if there are different distributors around for Michelin (PS4): when i was getting quotes from a few shops, they all called their distributor and the last shop i approached told me that the distributor said he kept getting calls for my size so if there's only 1 distributor, then price retail shop quotes depends on how much profit the shop wants to make (assuming the distributor gives all the shops the same price). ↡ Advertisement

Only one main importer for agent tires. For parallel I think there should be more than 1. But for odd sizes usually only agent brings in. What was your size? 235/50/17? Columbian78 6th Gear December 19, 2017 Share December 19, 2017 Just to share. Recently I messaged Michelin through facebook to enquire about the difference between PS4 and PS4st. I received this reply. The difference between the two tyres are: Pilot sports 4 - Steering Control and Reactivity - Safety and handling in the wet - Distinctive velvet sidewall Pilot sports 4st - 1st in dry laptime - 1st in dry braking - 1st in wet braking - 9% better threadlife than the Michelin pilot super sport I don't know how to choose if I am deciding between the 2. Btw I used to have PS4 (spain).
