In the name of human rights, treat them equal/well, and when they are unable and have no means to ensure that terrorists masquerading as normal citizens/refugees are kept out of the country and weapons prohibited, terrorist attacks are going to become more common, and more damaging. RIP to the victims... Think the problem started way before the refugee crisis. Britain has had it's problem with extremist (but no official confirmation it's Islamic yet) for a very long time.
