These aren't exactly the safest things. Kids are recommended to Rest on a completely flat mattress with no pillows no bumpers. This is to reduce the risk of SIDS

Personally I would never let my kid sleep in one of these.

I had tried shopping for one before. All looks poorly made for its price. So use hand power. Now that my kid is no longer in his infancy most of the time dun even need to do anything. My dyson fan does the work.

Strangely my kids fall asleep fast when they hear the noise of the motorised fan. It's subtle and not loud but it somehow sooth them to sleep. At first I dun believe until my wife showed me youtube videos of babies stop crying and fall asleep when their mothers switch on the vacuum cleaners. So I put the fan on a timer coz we also have the aircon on.

best is to let baby lie flat and pat him if cry....don't carry unnecessarily

Are you going to literally on your vacuum cleaner?  :XD:

Try "white noise baby" app... my wife was using it when my girl was 2-4 months old.

Up to individual i guess.

My daughter had been slping in hammock since she turned 2 mths.

At 9 months we alternate hammock (day) and bed (night).

By 1yo, she can slp through the night on bed. Still using hammock in day.

My nephew on the other hand struggles to slp without hammock.

Yes I was haha.

How old is your baby?

Another trick i saw on youtube, take 1 piece of tissue and constantly glide it over your baby face. Tried on my girl and she fell aslp fast... but only works when they are very young. Now... she think im playing with her if i do that.  [:p]

3 weeks and 2 days. She mostly sleeps during the day and keeps me awake during the night.
