Question regarding insurance claim/accident

Guys, my dad's eye was hit by a small debris kicked up by a car while he was waiting to cross the road

He donno the car plate number and does not have any video evidence

I heard that there is a general car insurance body that covers stuff like this

Anyone knows?

Got referred to eye specialist

Got eye injury

Frankly, I think it is really difficult to claim in your situation unless you have other circumstantial evidence... better dun place high hopes ... 

 

If your dad has Personal Accident plan, might be easier to claim against his own plan.

Your dad can claim his personal accident insurance.  You indicate unknown foreign particular accidentally hit your dad eyes when he was crossing the road.

 

Car insurance cannot claim I think.
