Honda design department must be having some annual long holiday when they rushed to push out the prototype on time....

To me it looks like they simply use photoshop and stretch the jazz longitudinally and add on some fancy flares.

I like honda cars but the exterior looks seem to get worse recent years.

I used to have a GD1 jazz. I still think that version looks the best.

Civic also, all those classic versions until maybe FD.

The most recent versions seem to have too much chrome in the face.

I concur. Just like iPhone 5 (vs iPhone 4), flatten and stretch the body of Fit / Jazz a little and here come the new Civic hatch!!

TS. It's new so u think it looks nice.

Seriously. It's damn ugly.

I don't fancy the new Honda design language. Car appears too busy rather than sporty. And the cut out on the bumper serve no purpose at all, ugly cosmetic treatment that all... [thumbsdown]

I still believe the asian FD to be the best looking Civic of all time. Still like the sporty headlamps and the classic two-eye integra-like tail lights.

Really, if they just revamped that look it would have gone well.

I think that just might be what they did, if this article is right - http://www.topgear.com.ph/news/car-news/fantasizing-about-a-hatchback-version-of-the-10th-gen-honda-civic-check-this-out-a42-20160302

I like this new Civic design, not as sleek as the eighth gen but really aggressive.

So I'm the odd one out here. I quite like the new civic hb dsn. Feels more business class / executive.

The front actually looks pretty good. The back is a bit too exciting at the moment but those tail lights are interesting.

Centre dual exhaust nice n side view of car is muscular.

New civic design not bad , more on mature futuristic type. The worst design is the Es version to me.

Supersonic

This design more suited for Civic sedan....with some fastback look.

For the new/newer HB(s), I like the euro cibic.  Thankfully, the CTR follows suit.

imo, the hatch is raked too much to be practical, the boot space doesn't look much better than the sedan.
