Shell @ Yishun Ring Road is Closing Down

I was told by the other branch of Shell that another Shell station at Yishun Ring Road (near Yishun Ave 5) is closing down and giving out vouchers for at least $30 petrol pumping. But those vouchers can only be used at 3 Shell stations.  One @ Yishun Street 11 and another near SSC and followed by third place which I could not recall.

So, those bros and sis staying in Yishun or sembawang might want to give it a try.

It is till 25 March 2016.

I will probably try next week.

Hi,

I have gotten the coupon.

The coupon booklet can be obtained at the junction near Yishun Ring Road and Ave 5, beside block 732.

This station will be closed on 25th March 2016.

1 booklet of coupon per car, need registration and is recorded.

Coupon can be used only at 3 stations. See Picture.

yishun shell damn cat !! tampines voucher booklet can use in all shell stations in SG ...

Actually, I prefer this way of restricting the vouchers to other Shell stations in the vicinity.

The whole idea is to "capture" this pool of existing Shell customers who are with the station that is closing down.

Like myself, I do not live in the vicinity, so I won't bother to pick up these vouchers.

Unlike Shell Tampines which gave out vouchers that can be used island wide, it created such a demand that "customers" from far-flung areas went there, just to get the vouchers.

And I did too of course; but prior to the station's closing down, I have never visited Shell Tampines before.

Does shell have any good discount with CC?

If not also not worth it.

We all pump SPC.

HSBC has 14% rebate with Shell.

Citibank has something as well but HSBC should be the best cc for Shell.

But now you get to enjoy the vouchers at whichever station that you go to... Isn't that better? For me I did not pump at shell before the vouchers.

I used to pump SPC too because of the price and rebates but now with the shell vouchers, I am paying $45.60 each time I pump $60 and also getting the points on my HSBC card.

TQ. Was never a fan of shell as they didn't have 92.
