use it before recently on the knee, more like painkiller gel, dun rub it after you apply, just leave it till it slowly dry.
Anybody tried the Flexiseq gel?
Is it effective? Saw a lot of advertising and reviews seemed good.
dun seem to be that effective.

I prefer to stick to tried and trusted brands like KY.
I hope people know the difference between KY and
Deep Heat. I made the mistake once and you should
have heard the wife screaming.
Wife ran off with another man, daughter turn lesbian, son go for sex change operation, house burn down, business failed.
