Lhk657 2nd Gear December 23, 2016 Share December 23, 2016 Not really, TC will replace the brake pads in all service interval as long as the thickness is below 2mm under NPMP. So many years with TC, the only item I need to pay is the rear wiper blade and battery. Only when thickness is below 2mm. Unless you drive like Hamilton or Rosberg, to change every 10K is nearly unattainable.

Lhk657 2nd Gear December 24, 2016 Share December 24, 2016 Hi Bros, To those who changed the interior lights told LEDs. When you switch to door mode and your door is closed. The lights would not go fully out but with a trickling faint glow like a voltage leak. This phenomenon is same for both the front 3 and rear cabin lights. It only goes fully out when I switch it to off position. Can Bros please check and advise.

haronkr 4th Gear December 24, 2016 Share December 24, 2016 @haronkr, @smikel, Is platindip or wrapping going to void the warranty by TC? The warranty is not all encompassing. Unless TC can prove that what you did caused a certain fault, will be fine. Closest i can think of is that they proved the wrap or dip went into the window space and caused the motor to malfunction. Still that wont void the warranty of say the engine or suspension.
Leo22 2nd Gear December 24, 2016 Share December 24, 2016 @haronkr, thanks for the input. So if goes by this argument, can also say that it's ok doing other cosmetic mod like changing grill, antenna to sharkfin... right?

Below is a video I found on YouTube at 5 mins in. You will see the qqs pushing through ~! Merry Christmas to all~! Nice vid! I never encounter before but i think there is a technique to drive through flood as long as the water is not higher than half of your wheels. Drive at a slow speed and not like the BMW driver as our air intake is slighly above the grille. If water gets ingested into the engine, i think it will sure stall and will cost alot to expel the water out. Another thing is to accelerate all the way through the water to prevent water from going into the exhaust.

Quite a few car stalled. Saw a new BMW X1, Hyundai taxi and Mazda 3 series stuck... Anyone know the qq ride height? Or clearance? ↡ Advertisement
