Liverpool Have 'No Interest' In Napoli Star Gonzalo Higuaín

http://www.90min.com/posts/3302258-liverpool-have-no-interest-in-napoli-star-gonzalo-higuain?a_aid=36569

The Echo have quashed the reports claiming Klopp is merely on vacation and that the Reds have no interest in signing the Serie A top goalscorer.

In addition, it seems doubtful that the Argentine would be allowed to leave the club, at which, he just scored a record 36 goals in 35 games for anything short of a world record fee.

Too expensive leh. Release clause Euros 94.7m or Pnd 65.8m.

Can have lots of choice with that kind of money.

Is Higuan that good? My impression during his time in Madrid, he looks like a younger version of Fernando Morientes.

There won't be any big names lah. No CL. low position in the league.

What we just need are committed above average players who can help us do a leicester. The problem right now is that many of the players we have are just average.

GK sorted out.

Most important is left back must be sorted out soon.

Some defensive and attacking midfielders would be useful and get rid of some dead wood to become lean and mean.

Strikers just use the ones we have already.

Luckily our previous transfer window wasn't too bad except big ben who was the big $ signing but didn't do well.

Clyne, joe gomez, Ings all should have a future at LFC.

Obviously looking at the 3 signings so far, klopp is trying to sort out our defence and midfield first. And they are not big names signings. I don't think we need any new strikers, not at least until Balotelli and maybe benteke leave. Firmino, Ings, Sturridge and origi are more than good enough in klopp's system. If coutinho goes, lallana and firmino can take over his role. I am hoping markovic can be the flank player klopp needs.

I rather klopp concentrate on our spine than anything. We need a good base and that means a good defence and midfield. Klopp will not have a problem getting his team score goals from different source. He is not like someone.

1 year out is no joke, he needs lots of match practice. a loan out might not be a bad thing, but please have a recall clause.

Klopp's system does not require big names but developable talent who can bloom under right conditions eg Origi, lallana, firmino.

Klopp also require fit players who can go through the whole season consistently.

Klopp's priority to fix the defence and midfield department should give next season a positive uplift.

The inflow of fitness conditioning and medical team plus nuitrition specialists from ex Bayern and elsewhere tells a clear story.

BR approach recently to sign or loan Gomez for Celtic which was rejected.

BR now is negotiating to buy Andre Wisdom for  around 3m+ pnds instead

This is unlike Klopp when he was in Dortmund ... He shipped out and recruited in so many players ...

Ok, hopefully we are able to beef up our current players as well as hopefully a few more players can come in, esp LB and striker .

if his heart is not here then sell.

poo needs players that bleed red.

Agree bro!!! south americans are for making $$$. do think not a bad idea to sell him if the price is right. Many bros will say " how can".. well I have been a red supporter since 10YO. and have been on annual pilgrimage to anfield for the last 18 years.. damn and we have not won the league...

time to win something... and if it means selling PC and get players that can help us win.. why not.. :pissed-off:  [bounce1]  :a-happy:

Either Klopp thinks Liverpool doesnt need wholesale change or time is not right yet because of Euro and Copa going on.
