Unregister used car or imported car can be store at self storage for a long time?

Saw this car parked at a self storage place for few years without moving.... The car cover covering it also kaput Liao and tires all flattened out...

Nobody will disturb as long as:

 

1. Self storage rent is paid on time

2. It's not registered with LTA, i.e. no dues to pay such as road tax and insurance

3. Or if it's previously registered, LTA could have given its approval for the car to be stored at that location.

I saw a lot of unregister vezel and harrier parked in my office building carpark for a long time. I wonder why the turnover rate is so low since these 2 model are quite hot now.

hhmm..by yet i still heard a lot of people said buy Vezel and Harrier need to wait for very long due to backlog? I still cannot get it since there are still quite a few PI have ready, why don't they buy from them.
