OIC, if the fast bikes / cars which TP catch have already been modified illegally, they have to de-mod them before the auction!? else they will be guilty of "selling" illegal stuff!! (i know one offense is possession of illegal drugs) dun think speeding or reckless driving will lead to that right? and if they auction it off, will the proceed be returned to the owner?
