Meat overdose, quite generous for $3, taste not too bad but can't finish

Pek kio market food. Soon kee wanton mee had a long queue. Not bad but I'm not a wanton mee person so can't compare.

White carrot cake no Chilli. Very eggy compared to the normal carrot cake. Both above average justifying the Queuing for half an hour

 

 

was a frequent visitor to Pek Kio previously, food good & cheap but not quick .Old man cooked carrot cake last time but now changed to different person. Felt that the taste dropped somewhat.

 

Besides these,other food is prawn noodle (not the center row) but the one at the corner at the last row near wet market. Acceptable standard to me for $2.50! Other food is the char siew, roast pork, duck, chicken rice stall besides the famous prawn noodle. also the stalls selling chee chong fan, peanut cake & assorted nonya kueh

You eat Japanese sashimi every Saturday lol

Pancake. So so but really cheap. 60 cents.

 

Prawn noodle. Actually it's just the usual noodle with prawn or 排骨。 not like the other stall which is really prawn mee.

Good and cheap. Better than the soon kee wanton mee Imo.

 

Have to say after trying everything.

 

The ccf, this prawn mee and the other prawn mee are the best of the stalls.

Highly recommended but just eat the roe only, its heavenly
