It's been 2 weeks, noise gar gar.....coming from below.
First though it was coming from that lousy tyres installed 4mths ago.
Then slowly realised once 4th gear kicked-in the noise started to roar until the car slowed till 2nd gear speed then will the noise stopped.
And btw its an old AWD 4 speed AT car.
Checked GB fuild and it's full n clear in color, did an AT flush this Feb, for now only can't check the rear diff gear oil lvl.
Going w/s tomolo, but if its the rear diff dry up, will the noise start in 4th gear?
This stupid noise is like the gear grinding each other non-stop.
Anyone experience this issue before?

I have been to multiple repair workshops in Singapore - including, ofcourse, the authorized car dealership service stations. DM is by far the BEST. First of all, what struck me was the honesty. I have a 9 year old Honda Odyssey, which had a rattling noise in the exhaust. When i took it to a famous repair shop in Kaki Bukit, i was ripped off for 10 other things that were... » Read More

Went to Volkswagen agent and they quoted me $480. Went other outlets and they quoted me $450 and one outlet said needs one day to inspect. Went to this V-Tec Asia Automotive and they straight away identified the fault. Helped me placed an order and changed it for me once the spare part came. Very efficient. Both thumbs UP!! And the price they charged me is reasonable an... » Read More
