Supersonic

Kodiaq 2.0L $167k too ex.

Their upcoming 1.4L hear maybe estimated $140k where u can get Tiguan ComfortLine at $145k

I rather get VW over Skoda with $140k in mind.

The best to capture market for Kodiaq is $140k for 2.0L and $128k for 1.4L.

Any comments.

Cannot compare a 5 seater model with a 7 seater model.

Neutral Newbie

Just like the other brother SEAT, initial price was set too high to sell,

I expect to see price falling like knife in the coming months, $20K lower.

Its a same feeling here that everyone feels that kodiaq is a good car but questionable on the final price on 1.4l since there is no actual test car available. Wonder why AD dont keep stock here for ready sale..

still waiting for the actual pricing and test drive.

if 120~130K will be a good range to fly off the shelf.

nice! just wonder whats the actual FC like. i have seen those from TW and Australia getting around 10-13km/L.

the Australia models are getting 19" and 20" for their sportlines as compared.

SkodaSG should start reducing the price for more competitive sales.

This few models they having now are way better then the VW siblings.

Heard the OMV is around 33.5k for 2.0L. Which translates to base car cost of $130+k.

VW Group minimum want to earn 20%, which means a floor pricing of around $156k. If drop by $10k from current pricing, that’s the time to go in.

10k COE drop or ask for 10k discount?  Agent won't drop price unless sales really bad or old model (clearing stock) or there is a better model from competitors, etc

doubt VW will drop their pricing. tat will make them look cheap and desperate.

vRS model of kodiaq launching soon in EU.

The passat 2L exclusiveline is now only 1k more than the skoda superb. Why? Because it is now 3yrs old.

$10k reduction in the margin. $30k is really hard to stomach...

but the Kodiaq is a really attractive proposition - full of features and tech that can only be found in much more expensive cars.

Any kodiaq owner here can advise if fixing tinted firm on the sunroof will compromise on rubber sealer due to the fact of using pen knife to cut the firm on car itself?

Looks legit... almost $33k OMV.

Still very tempted by this car. Maybe COE will dip more? :p
