Sometimes after the wipers wiped and return, there will be a few patches on the windscreen that is foggy for a few seconds. This is irritating and sometimes block the view on the road. Any idea how to remove that?

Also what is a good recommendation to remove fine scratches on the windscreen as well? Used the 3M grey sandpaper thing and resulted in scratches.

Isn't it due to the difference in temperature between the outside temperature and the car cabin temperature? Is it fogginf inside the car or outside? Just fiddle with the aircon temperature to get the ideal setting.

If fogging from the inside means you got to turn down the temperature. Outside cold, inside warm. What do you think?

If fogging on the outside...turn on the de-misting function.

Plan to do so this sat.  [;)]

C L A Y B A R

to smoothen your windscreen.

Tried mama lemon and doesn't work  [smallcry]

Those are stains.

Try cleaning them with Kao colour bleach undiluted.

There is no vent blowing at the windscreen.

Suspect your aircon somehow blowing at that direction...maybe you show us some picture [sweatdrop]

The thing is the foggy patches stays for a few seconds and then disappear.

Open the windows and stick your head out. [laugh]

Sometimes things like wind deflectors are useful in such scenerios. Off the aircon, open the windows as wide as the wind deflectors allow so that the temperature can equalise and stop the fogging. The rain won't be able to enter too.

Sounds like air con too cold and de-misting vents blowing at the windscreen.

Its not air con. You can see the fog patches after the wiper returns. its just various parts of the higher part of the screen.

Ya exactly like what I see, I think I go change wipers this weekend and also get the glaco liquid for the side mirrorsto repel rain water.

mama lemon won't remove the stain.

Try kao colour bleach, the liquid form.

It will remove the stain, but put on gloves, it might bite your hand.

For the glass scratches, you probably need to use cerium oxide with a buffer.. not easy to polish glass compare to painted surface.
