shouldn't participating workshop and timing be confirmed before registering?

And is there any agreement with participating workshops how much they charge on labour charges in view of this promotion?

valid questions.

would like the labour charges to be fixed/standardized and transparent, regardless of which participating workshops the oil change is done at.

definitely wouldn't want to pay $50 for oil change at workshop A, while workshop B charges $30.

can this be clarified first to avoid any nasty surprises after paying the $20 registration fee?

Sounds like a f**king scam. Like the kind where they tell you that you've won a car but have to transfer 10,000 bucks to redeem the car. Then on top of paying the $10,000 you have to pay the transaction fee at the remittance agency. Be careful. Hahahaha

To receive Motul merchandise worth $15.90, prove how Motul Engine Oil has improved your driving experience. Members have to talk about Fuel Efficiency, Performance of the car and smoother idling

Saying only the good stuff eh? I mean most of us know that Motul is a good brand of engine oil but saying that the review of the oil has to be positive makes it less credible. In fact it tarnishes the brand through really bad marketing. If we were to post something negative, do we still get the merchandise? And just what is so great about this merchandise that makes it worth 15.90? It is probably something useless.

Anyway, one can always go down to parallel importers to purchase the oil at 47 bucks for 2l. I'm not sure if the ones in the local market are made in france. Probably vietnam if i'm not wrong.

I think it's not that different from the recent maz nitro giveaway. If it helped you, give a positive review and stand to get some goodies. If it didn't help you, why would you want to write a fake review to get stuff that didn't help you?

Hi Koba,

Is it a must to only do it at participating workshops?

Can do at own workshop? since MCF says any dispute is between car owner and workshop

As for labour charges, i believe it should be for oil change only. Exclude oil filter etc,

if that is the case, there should not be much difference in labour charges, if any

Why have to pay registration fee ?

to avoid people that anyhow chope then don't turn up. This is fair. The motul oil is worth much more than that
