Window Roller Blinds

Guys my string attached to the roller blinds came off. How do I fix it. There is no space on either side to remove the blinds.

One side should be able to lift up vertically. Use a bit of force to yank it up if it hasn't been meddle with for a long while.

 

Best to go for chain-less type - need not worry about rust or dirt...

There is no catch or whatsoever I could see though for me to yank up.

Refer to the video posted above...The catch is on the other end from the winder side. Given the space constraint in your photo, most likely you'll need to yank it towards you as per the video - the installer might have mounted it that same way.

 

Chain-less type works like the good old slide projector screen - pull down to deploy, pull down again to retract. Chain tends to rust even paint coated type.
