It's a good marketing tactic to entice consumers looking for deal daily and will allow daily repeat trips. Some deals offer range are really like 1/2 price. And Seng Siong will counter with 10 cents or 20cents cheaper!!! Yesterday, Fairprice was $37 per carton of Carlsberg. Seng siong was $36.80 per carton for the same Carlsberg. I always invite siblings and their families to my place on CNY Eve for steamboat dinner. I think the happy atmosphere makes everyone lucky.
