LG G6 is out. Very tempted to get. Although there is some negative hoo haa that it's not using what-will-be the latest snapdragon. But got lots of interesting camera tricks and of course the bezeless design

My LG history, used G3,4,5 and V10. Only the G4 died on me and within the first month of owning but thereafter ok. So i take it as an exception.

My Note 2 and S6 died on me before too.

May sound silly but one of the things i like most about LG is they have a softkey at the bottom that can pull down the notification bar. In single handed use, i don't need to stretch my thumb up to the top to pull it down.

lucky you share this..

my wife using V10 and very happy about it..

My current plan is due and was thinking of taking V20.

but after reading, think can consider other phone..

using note 4

any other recommendations?

no Samsung, no LG, no apple..

my choices are very limited.. [smallcry]

Huawei Mate 9. Been using it for more than a month, damn happy with the speed and battery life. And the camera is superb. Best phone I bought so far. Decided not to go from V10 to V20, but jump to Huawei. No regrets.

if you want to play pokemon go, forget the Oppo R9 Plus.

damn thing cannot play pokemon go at all!

otherwise, this phone is really solid. Audio is decent. graphics is fantastic. and battery life is good.

And the soft keys can be rearranged, and hide them app by app....

my wife's G4 kena the same motherboard problem. lost lots of pictures and data since she did not do regular backups. Lucky it was within warranty that time.

Just got my V20.

The fingerprint unlock is quite nice, although not always perfect. Might have to scan a few times to unlock the screen.

Of cuz much speedier than the G4.

Scan the finger multiple times (as a different finger).

But of course, if you are one of those with no prints then can't help it. I'd enlist you in a burglary tho.

Supersonic

Another feature I find useful in the V20 is the "comfort view".

Basically a blue light filter, but you can this in apps as well.

Reduce glare at night.

The blue light filter apps on playstore now are very good. compared to half a year ago.

I just recently started using.

Runs completely in background.
