How come Kona can be more expensive than his big bro?

Funny price.

OMV for Kona will be higher than Tucson?

That's my question too. I thought the newspaper article says it will be 15% cheaper than Tucson?

Cos the 1.6 L turbo engine is much more expensive than the standard 2.0 L NA engine...

Komoco back to its wild swings in prices. New Sonata was almost $150k. Now official near $140k plus additional promo (listed on this web).

Almost 10 years ago when I bought the first gen i30, prices were very stable and move reasonably with COE. Now like roller coaster.

If $137k is basic model, then there should be a more features model confirm more expensive. This type of pricing how to sell?? Confirm become another Mazda CX3, where I don't see them on the roads....

Is Kona a bigger car than Tucson? Tot is was suppose to be like a Vezel, but pricing looks like a Harrier?

is the harrier still CVT or normal Auto trans?

I think all Toyotas are CVT now... in fact I think all Jap makes are CVT now... except for selected performance models...

on paper, Elantra Sport win Civic 1.5 turbo

204ps /265nm vs 170ps/220nm.

DCT vs CVT

0-100km/h 7.7s vs 8.2s

Civic wins in fuel consumption and better legroom

Too bad Komoco did not bring in Elantra Sport..

Who would buy the Elantra Sport? They may sell only 1 unit a year... not worth the cost of homologation...

If the price difference between Elantra 1.6 and 1.6T is less than 20k, I believe 1.6T will be the best seller.

I see more Forester XT and Civic 1.5T than Forester NA and Civic 1.6 on the road.
