Hi Bros,

I'm selling my HDB Flat currently without Property Agents as I've done most of the paper-works online, and has also recently attended a course by HDB on selling without agents.  However, I'm not able to advert on properties portals such as Property Guru and ST Properties etc which have high exposure on resales.  I understand these portals are for agents with advert accounts or advert compliment credits only.  I'm willing to pay advert charges therefore can anyone advise how I can go about it ASAP Thks! :a-panic::a-SOS:  :a-m1524:  [bounce1]  [shakehead]

Try Averspace. Was told by a colleague it's so simple to use that even her grandma used and sold her flat in a day. Real or not I dunno but the app does look promising.

It's a blockchain enabled P2P platform for real estate transactions. Local startup.

If you are willing to pay for your advert and don't want an agent, post and ad on the newspaper. But that's probably going to take more than a couple of postings before you actually get offers. You can also try Gum Tree. There are some apps out there for home owners and buyers to link up , search around.

I assume u working freelance? Cos the time u take to do the paperwork, attend course and find advertising avenues and wait for viewing, unless u hv super flexi hours and a lot of time to burn, is the time used worth it compare to paying agent?

I am all for diy selling, only problem is even if you can advertise in the portals on your own, end up more agents than buyers calling you, coz market flooded with too many parasites looking for easy money. A portal you can try foc is stproperty.sg.
