Yes likely spread out n yes it may not seem a lot but this just coming from 1 AD n 1 particular model. Anyway my point is more on the fact that sales are indeed more than in previous months with those kind of numbers n hence the expectation that COE cat B will go up. Let's just wait for 4pm today n see if that comes true.

 

so it may also mean that sales at other PI/AD are lesser... ppl might not be buying Harrier from PIs (or ppl might be considering other model but bought Harrier instead)... so the real increase might not be that much......

yah  half day enough for dealers.

 

3 days time frame only effective for self bidding only system which is unlikely to happen ($$ matters)

Well most of those bids are not $1.  Bid will show actual amount only after number of bids increased more than quota
