Unit trust trading platforms

I used to use FSM but realised they were a bit pricey so I switched to Dollardex which I really liked until they changed a lot of their graphs and log ins.  Why they needed to update a perfectly good system just amazes me.

So now I'm wondering about POEMS.

Anyone use them and can give me the pros and cons.

Thanks.

I only invest in Unit trusts.

Dollardex was fine until they started 'upgrading' the site.

Whatever for.

It's not so easy to use now.

Does POEMs impose an annual management fee for unit trusts???

no other fees besides the initial sales charge

even then they will have 0% sales charge promotion regularly

Started doing some checking and I see:

Annual Management Fee1.5%

Dunno if that's for all funds but it is for those i'm interested in.

if i m not wrong, that's the usual active fund management fee charged by fund managers not by the platform

i will usually look at the expense ratio of the fund when looking at costs instead

i think you in wrong thread

unit trust is for peasants who cannot stock pick and ignored by private bankers but yet want to eke out some miserable yields on their tiny portfolios and have to share some of the gains with the very people who ignored them in the first place
