This is my face book customer's Honda vezel front fender DEEP DENT repair.

I coudn't make 95% coz he visited last min. when i saw his picture, it does not look so serious that's why i guess 1hour to fix is enough.

 

But when i saw the actual situation of his car, its very deep and serious. But I have another customer after 1hour.

 

So i just do my best to fix his car and the result is 90%.

I tell him to make booking  another time again then i can repair upto 95%

By the way  he was happy and give me txt. i will do my best when i see him again ^^

Hi All^^

 

These are BMW 5(F10) rear fender & Subaru Forester front fender wide dent PDR.

Normally i give service by removing scratch or dirt for my customer using Korea special chemical ^^

 

This BMW unfortunetely The car owner repainted to matt black color. Hence couldn't use glue dent. Only fixed by hand and tools after taking out tail lamp.

 

This is subaru forester front fender wide and deep dent.

In my experience subaru cars original paint, can be taken off using glue dent. So i have to fix using hand and tools only...

Hi Merry Christmas All ^^

 

Today I want to tell about window water repellant coating.

Firstly i want to tell you guys this is not Rain-X. I used professional chemical from Japan.

Therefore no need to worry about wiper trouble after coating.

The effect of this coating lasts for at least 3months but if you care well the effect can be even for 1 year. 

 

This is first time i coated my car windshield repellant coating on 9th Oct.

I polished windshield first coz my car is used car. Except for brand new cars, most used cars need to polish windsheild first bcoz oil & dirt layer.

Positive point

1. No need to use wipers when driving.

2. It feels fun to see water rolling.

3. After polish the view is clear like brand new car.

 

Negative point

1. The Effect of the water repellant works better after 60Km/h

2. When light rain with low speed, the repellant doesn't work.

Hi All^^

 

I want to wish you Happy new year first, Coz we are going holiday from tomorrow till 8th Jan.

This is one of my carousel customer's 1983 Toyota corolla.

He wanted to fix wide dent on rear door, while i fix i take photo also for you guys to appreciate this 1983 car.

He took care of his car very well. Most parts and interior are original. He also has an old Beetle.

Messaged Mr Joon this evening (22 January 2018 @ 6:30 pm) with photos of a dent on my front passenger side door and asked for a quotation. He responded immediately with a quote (approximately SGD$60 to repair a Mitsubishi Attrage) and told me to make an appointment as he is usually away for regular clients. He operates from 10am to 8pm. My schedule is pretty flexible during the night and the dent has been there for ages so it didn't really matter to me when it will be fixed, but he offered to take on my request for 8pm the very same night! That's very commendable and shows the hard work he puts in.

 

We met up at 8pm at a multi-storey carpark near his place (Holland Village). He immediately inspected the dent and notified me upfront that because my dent also encompassed an edge not shown in my photos, that would be much more difficult to repair hence he has to revise his initial quotation to SGD$70 and if I'm agreeable, he would proceed. I am really grateful that he is very honest and transparent on his pricing so without any hesitation on my part, the Master jumped into action.

 

Seeing how he fixed my dent, I was well and truly impressed because it really required a lot of skill and strength. It was a man with his tools backed with 13 years of experience and a fanatical love for cars few people have versus factory stamped metal. He slowly but surely popped the dent right out. Even when I couldn't really see the dent anymore, and it was really more than perfect by my standards, he made sure the job was done to his standards (92%-93%) - it exceeded my standards by a whole mile at least. By the time he was done, it was already 9pm.

 

Mr Joon is really friendly and courteous. We talked in between short breaks for him to rest his tired arms. Till now, I'm still amazed at his attention to detail and level of perfectionism and dedication to his job. I also mentioned that my wipers still vibrate even after my hopeless attempts at cleaning the glass months after applying a layer of commercially purchased water repellent (Bullsone). He offered to polish my windshield glass (apparently, I learned from Mr Joon that that was the only way to remove the layer of water repellent) for a small fee (SGD$50) to permanently remove it. It was already very late and I didn't want to take up more of his night than I already have, but he assured me that it was fine for him. This definitely goes beyond any service I've ever experienced. Small paint chip on the side of door? No problem for him either. It was done entirely free of charge and completed in 30 seconds flat.

 

All in all, he spent 2.5 hours on my small and humble car and I must say that I'm definitely bowled over by the services provided by Mr Joon. If you are reading this and still considering whether to fix that ding or dent, I say just go for it and soon, you may end up asking him if he provides exterior car detailing before every Chinese New Year (just like I did). He is a true gem and I will definitely support his business for many years to come.
