Seems like Passion card only gives discount at $47, instead of $52 for individual only.
 
Buddy signup don't have  PAssion card discount. But it's already cheaper per person.

Join us in Run For Hope 2018, Singapore's largest and longest running cancer awareness run now in its 25th year. Sign up for either 10km or 3.5km non-competitive categories where all proceeds raised will go to funding cancer research. Runners can look forward to a stunning city run route along the Kallang Bay area, passing through Marina Barrage and Gardens by the Bay as they unite and raise awareness for this meaningful cause.

Thought this run for hope always held at ECP for the past years around mid of the year period de?

Fees categories didn't turn out right, screen capture it instead. Strange the price seems to be for the 10km category .Don't know the fees for 3.5km.
