This one ride on the road will take up half a lane, ride on the walk path take up almost 2/3 of the walk path. What's this consider? Don't think LTA consider it as e-bike and also cannot be consider as PMD obviously. Another type of transportation that goes out of the control. If more people start buying it, it'll be another disaster. LTA should work with the custom office to start stopping all these stuffs from reaching Singapore heartland at the source.

I think this one considered illegal...

 

And i wonder are there any authorities overseeing what gets imported into SG? If this can get through without anyone raising any alarm, then what's stopping anyone importing firearms?

Do you know that firearm is controlled item?

 

Do this illegal device fall under controlled item?

 

If someone imports a firearm into Singapore without declaring that it's a controlled item, is there any process to check and stop it from reaching the recipient?

I believe all items import into Singapore has to pass through Singapore customs.

That's why i'm wondering why/how that bike/tricycle can reach here lor...
