There will be people continue to rush in before the new VES, COE will stay at this level till end December. Jan will be a different story but then those cars that are affected by VES will be more expensive.

COE quota is distributed evenly over 6 bids every 3 monthly, regardless high or low COE, there would be a fixed set of people getting their COEs,   question is whether they are the MCFers here or someone else.
