Why all those who quit are normally good employees?

Thank got all the good employees quit.

When they were around they made me look bad.

Why worry about good employees going. It's more important how to give more benefits to bad employees who stay.

All the members in MCF who are getting old please be careful of the smart hungrier junior employees coming up.

They could replace you. Is that what you really want?

Please pick up useful tips on how to get them to leave.

The best tips are from members that say is that the excuses job hoppers give?

These are truly the masters.

so these are currently the excuses given by job hoppers?

[dizzy]  :D

How come they never ask me for the excuses?

I have experience in 5 companies in the past 7 years.

According to the thread title, I must be the bestest employee around.

yes you are definitely in contention to be the bestest employee with your track record

so if they ask you next time, you have an extra 8 excuses ready on standby (if there is no overlap with your current ones)

:a-fun:

Not always. Didn't move from a position of strength for some of them. In fact, was quite desperate.

One of them took a 60$ paycut (plus lost at least 2 months bonus which would have been mine if I stayed another 2 months)

Another one I took a 20% paycut. That was more than 3 years back. Right now (one other move later), salary is still below that....

You should ask if the higher pay was worth it each time.

Difficult to say for sure. I can only say I made the best choice I could with the available info at that point of time  [laugh]

Salary is just 1 part of my consideration but then again, I live a simple life.
