I was in Upp Changi Rd,at that time,thought something horrible happened,4 Police Cars at the Bus-Stop,just because 1 Crazy Person,wasted Citizens/Taxpayers $$$$,for such small incident  ,next time i think must called in our SWAT Team  ..if there are 2 Crazy Persons.doing the same thing.
