i'm a bit surprised that no other big clubs bought Joao Mario as i remember he performed well when Portugal won Euro 2016...

Ya this guy not bad n he is only 25yrs old but it's a loan move.

they get a better defensive coach better then keep buying new defender and kp

Ya do agree that perhaps it’s the style of play which makes Pool great offensively but exposed defensively. Guess u can’t have it both ways. I suppose a compromise is required. That said both of Pool’s goalies don’t instill much confidence so not surprised they looking at others if this report is true.

a hard tackling / big  DM is important..

a hard tackling / big  DM is important..

Man C got fernandino who will chased and tackle if need to, Man U got Matic, Spurs got Dier, Chelsea got twin powered kante n bakoyoko.

only arsenal... like us... still thinking attack will solve all problems......

Seems like a merry go round between Arsenal, Chelsea n Dortmund as they swap strikers.

Auba to Arsenal

Giroud to Chelsea

Bashuayi to Dortmund

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-5324591/Arsenal-agree-55-4m-fee-Pierre-Emerick-Aubameyang.html

As usual the shrewd Gunners seem to be better off at least financially by getting a younger striker at only £20mil nett whilst Chelsea pay £35mil for a 31yr old striker though Giroud is proven n has a good strike rate. The Germans meanwhile continue their trend of selling off their best players n getting in young talent n grooming them. Batshuayi is on loan though.
