And these guys, Einstein, Hawking, .... what kind of childhood they got ? Einstein was a war refugee, Hawking formation years was war time.

Some of these geniuses went though a lot early in their life then suddenly becomes bright....

Maybe the life experiences made them observe things differently.

Srinivasa Ramanujan . Yes many of his theorems were proven only after his death , but he did get quite a few wrong too . 

 

There is a book written about him titled " The man who knew infinity " .
