The details of the April 2018 second open bidding exercise for Certificates of Entitlement (COEs) are as follows:

 

Tender opens: Monday, 16 April 2018, 12 noon

Tender closes: Wednesday, 18 April 2018, 4.00 pm

Tender results: Wednesday, 18 April 2018 (Available on the www.onemotoring.com.sg website)

 

The total quota available for this tender is 4,334 for the following vehicle categories:

 

NON-TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:

Category A: Cars (up to 1600cc & 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,566

Category B: Cars (above 1600cc or 97kW (130bhp)) => 1,417

Category D: Motorcycles => 518

 

TRANSFERABLE CATEGORIES:

Category C: Goods Vehicles and Buses => 260

Category E: Open Category => 573

 

During the bidding exercise, bidders can check on the status of their bids and revise their reserve price using these banks’ services or the LTA Open Bidding website (https://ocoe.lta.gov.sg).

My guess-

Will be up slightly around $1k due to car expo effect.

I can only guess the Motorcycle COE will rise, due to NEA promoting early scrapping of old bikes with a $3500 cash reward dangle.

 

The Cat. A and B will likely rise due to the impending fear mongering of June ppm VES.

even though we hear some rosy 1Q +4% growth result from the news :D
